News and Information

The FADRC routinely receives requests from various federal agencies having employees located throughout the country. The majority of the cases mediated are settled with one mediation session of four to six hours. Surveys used in the program indicate positive feedback from both disputing parties toward the mediators and the mediation process. Program evaluation results including feedback from both mediators and participants are maintained in an automated database. Members of FADRC have opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills by observing mediations in various contexts through a collaborative initiative with a local prison mediation program, the University of Louisville, and Sullivan University.
